1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
a. If the service requested cannot be provided due to technical or operational issues on our end.
b. If there is an error or delay in processing your submission caused by HSA Second Opinion.
c. If you cancel your request within 24 hours of payment and before our doctors begin reviewing your case.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following conditions are not eligible for refunds:
a. If the doctor has already reviewed your submitted reports and provided a second opinion.
b. Dissatisfaction with the opinion provided, as it is based on the information you submitted.
c. Failure to provide accurate or complete information required for the service.
3. Refund Process
a. To request a refund, contact us at info@hsasecondopinion.com with the details of your case, including your payment receipt and reason for the refund request.
b. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
c. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Exceptions
In special cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of your request.
